Kendrick Lamar is one of the biggest rap stars of our generation. Known to always cross boundaries and switch up his flows, Kendrick's fan base has huge following. 27 yr old Kendrick has been rapping for years but found main stream success with his last album, m.A.A.d City . That album includes songs like "bitch don't kill my vibe", "Poetic Justice" , "Money Trees" and many more. I am a big fan of his because he music provokes thought and each song has a story. Lamar's music is so important in this generation where anybody can be a rapper just saying dumb quotes and adding auto-tune (lets be real).
Kendrick recently had people going cray again when he released his single "I" which has a retro rap feel and he even free-styled the song on the radio. This song along with his new joint "King Kunta" will be featured on his album To Pimp A Butterfly. His new album dropped last month and I will say that this is the best album of 2015. He really took his time choosing beats and music that would enhance his work. I will even say this is worth purchasing the CD because the quality is just that amazing.
