Happy New Year ! 2015 Year Of Women Empowerment

I have declared 2015 the year of the Bad ASS Woman !  In 2014, women broke so many barriers and brought women empowerment to the forefront of mainstream coverage. Celebrities from Lena Dunham, Emma Watson, Taylor Swift, Beyonce and even Nicki Minaj spoke out about being a feminist. Feminism means that you want women to be held to an equal standard as men.  We are no longer housewives; most women are bosses, single parents, etc and we need to reexamine the way society treats us ! Men such as John Legend and Ryan Gosling are even supporting the feminist movement.

This year as women we need to stop slut-shaming, gossiping, and not supporting each other. Time to release that inner diva and get sh*t done ! Show men how we should be treated and treat them accordingly. We have so many positive women out there owning businesses, are CEOs of fortune 500s or making an impact on their community. It is no reason that in America we still have huge pay gaps between men and women and women still are not allowed to work certain jobs. Ladies, we are ALL Goddesses (creators of life) and should be honored to up most. In the words of Christina Auguilera "Can't Hold Us Down !"

& Many more rants to come !

Here are some videos that'll make you wanna burn your bra and Get Shit Done !

Girl Power! Nicki Minaj New Album Will Be Giving Us Life For All Of 2015. Listen To Pinkprint Here (Exclusive)

Nicki's Greatest Work Thus Far !!!

Nicki Minaj has been slaying the rap game since her debut on the music scene in 2007 ( cues mixtape Beam Me Up Scotty). Ms. Onika is leading females in rap and telling all the haters to kiss her fat ass (yeah you lil kim lol). She received a lot of flack from her last album Pink Friday (2010) because fans thought it was too off base with uber pop songs like "Super Bass" and "Stars And Stripes".  Nicki is back with a New Album, Pinkprint, that is truly amazing and inspires the inner diva in all of us.

Ms. Minaj is back to her hardcore rap style that made us fall in love when she first debuted. She also has been rocking a more natural look than her usual crazy colored wigs (amen!). Nicki is letting us in on her personal life and showing a softer side. She recently broke up with her boyfriend, Safaree, of 14 years and its obvious he was the inspiration for many of the songs on the album. I see Onika took a couple notes from Taylor Swift.

Nicki didn't disappoint with collabs on the album. She teams up with megastar Beyonce for the ultimate ladies anthem "Feeling Myself" (*starts twerkin*). Label mates Lil Wayne and Drake also team up with Ms.Minaj for the song "Truffle Butter". Other collabs include Skylar Grey, Meek Mill, Jeremih, Ariana Grande & More ! Nicki has got me and ladies all over the world feeling sexy and empowered with her new songs. The vibe of Pinkprint is definitely letting everybody know , I am Woman Here Me Roarrrrrr !!!

New Music ! August Alsina Releases Video For "No Love" Featuring Nicki Minaj

August Alsina released the highly anticipated video to hit single "No Love" featuring Nicki Minaj. The single was a remix to Nicki's previous song with Mario "Somebody Else".  In the video, Nicki never fails to impress. Ms. Minaj had an array of outfit changes throughout the video. She definitely catches all the attention. August also complements her style and also shows fans his uber sexy swag. The two have so much chemistry its hard not to think that they haven't been together before *side eye* and not to mention they've been spotted out together quite a few times.

August and Nicki have been heavyweights in the music industry this year. Nicki has been the most sought after for features/cameos and her 3rd album, The Pinkprint, is set to release November 24 this year. August has also been garnering huge success since the release of his debut album, Testimony, earlier this year. August is a breakout star this year and his super supportive fans, including me :), got his back !

Kill Em Nicki !! MTV Movie Award Show 2014 Style Recap (Who Slayed & Got Slayed !)

The MTV Movie Awards aired on televisions around the world last night. I am here to give you all the exclusive deets from young Hollywood's favorite event. A lot of the women who attended the award show had the old Hollywood glamour with a modern twist look. Out of all the celebs, mega star Nicki Minaj had the best look of them all. Ms. Minaj slayed in an Alexander Mcqueen simple long black dress with mesh cut outs on the side. Nicki's fashion has really evolved from her old over the top lady gaga-ish style to her now simple, natural sexy look. This is the perfect example of the old saying "less is more" because since toning down Nicki has looked better than EVER !

Best Look Of The Night : The Beautiful Nicki Minaj

Rihanna and Hustle Gang's Iggy Azalea also looked stunning on the red carpet last night. Ms. RiRi gave us sexy vixen in a cream Ulyana Sergeenko bustier romper with a matching robe. Iggy Azalea gave us classic chic while covered in John Galliano from head to toe.

Nicki Reppin Chi-Town !? She Teams Up Chicago Rapper Lil Herb For Gritty New Single "Chi-Raq" LISTEN HERE

S/O to my City Chicago !

YMCMB artist Nicki Minaj took the internet by storm yet again. Early this morning, Nicki released a hard hittin hood track entitled "Chi-raq" which features rising Chi-town emcee Lil Herb. In the track, Lil Herb spits few bars from his hit song "Kill Shit " along with some new bars. Herb has been receiving major buzz since Drake co-signed his lyricist MC status a few months ago on twitter and also with the release of his mixtape Welcome to Fazoland back in February. It seems Nicki caught on to Herb's wave and we will hopefully be seeing more of this collab in the future.

After the release of Nicki's previous album Pink Friday (2010), Nicki vowed to her barbs that she would go back to her gritty hip hop steez instead of the bubblegum pop music she released on that album. With singles like "Lookin Ass Nigga" and Her remix to "Danny Glover" by Young Thug she is proving that she will not let her fans down. "Chi-raq" will be featured on her upcoming album Pink Print which she has yet to set a release date for. Nicki spits on the outro of the song “I might give you a new trick every week until this album drops…..I don’t know, I figured they wanted some more.”
